How points are awarded
A contact counts once per station × band × mode — SWL included — over the whole event, whatever the date.

A second contact with the same station on the same band in the same mode adds nothing, whatever the date. The same rule applies to listening reports.
Contacts are not shown in real time: they appear when the station uploads its log, normally the same day or the next, and at the latest within three or four days.
Listening reports filed by BAFARA listeners also count for the hunters they vouch for, exactly like a transmitting station.
A listening report filed by an outside SWL is credited to the listener alone, and only once found in the station's log, on station + station worked + band + mode, within 30 minutes of the time in the station's log. An outside SWL never credits a third party.
Where the station's log and the hunter's claim disagree, the contact is kept in the hunter's favour.

Paper QSL cardFor collectors
The eQSL and the award are issued automatically, free of charge and without any request. The paper card is for collectors who ask for it, and that request goes through the station's OQRS on Club Log.
On Club Log, enter your callsign in the station's log search, find your contacts and request your card. One request covers all your contacts with that station.
No direct mail: do not send an envelope, stamps or dollars, nothing will be asked of you.
